Audit & Tax Manager

Our facility located in Puebla, MX is looking for a highly motivated Audit & Tax Manager to join our team! Responsibilities: Preparation and submission of monthly and annual tax returns, electronic accounting, and provisional payments. Develop tax projections to strategically plan and optimize resource allocation. Reconcile and validate electronic tax invoices, from both: suppliers and customers. Address requests from SAT while building and maintaining a professional and collaborative relationship with them. Analyze and implement new applicable tax legislation. Review and calculate monthly State taxes. Review and calculate monthly Federal taxes. Preparation/submission Annual Tax Return, incl. SIPRED. Ensure the settlement/payment of the company's taxes. Monthly analysis and calculation of Value Added Tax (VAT) and Income Tax (current and deferred). Analysis/preparation of the Accounting-Tax Reconciliation. Keep the company's tax information up-to-date (electronic signatures and access credentials. Manage/ensure tax refunds and compensations (VAT). Knowledge in IMMEX & VAT/IEPS Certification. Address requirements of internal and external audits. Coordination and compliance to present Dictament Fiscal. Preparation and presentation of the Tax Reporting Package to corporate offices in the USA, Germany, and India. Coordination with external tax advisory firms, which are an integral part of the position's team. Responsible for Audit matters and attention.
