Assistant Accounting Manager

Work Location: Paseo de la Reforma 26 Work schedule: Monday to Friday business hours. 100% Onsite Responsible for the following • Matching bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy, Tracking and managing the company’s fixed assets, such as buildings and equipment • Assist in writing footnotes to financial statements • Be aware of the Depreciation policy of the organisation and set up recurring entries for Depreciation run • Financial and Variance Analysis • Ensure the Forex rates are uploaded into the GL Module before Month-end close • End to End understanding in R2R with good knowledge controls and process SLAs and KPIs per client requirements Skills (7-9 years of relevant experience) in: 1. Extensive end to end knowledge of R2R. 2. Hands on experience in General Ledger end to end activities including period-close activities. 3. Ability to establish and maintain end to end General Ledger process controls. 4. Experience and understanding of ERP based F&A BPO processes. 5. Experience in resolving General Ledger process discrepancies both with internal & external customers. 6. Hands-on computer skills, and MS Excel, 7. Preparation and review of various account reconciliations 8. Knowledge of Fixed Assets and Depreciation Process
