Sales Manager

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets Develop strategic relationships with key clients (department stores, specialty stores, marketplaces) Define sales goals and follow up Implementation of commercial strategies to increase sales. Supervise sales teams and provide training. Develop strategic relationships and negotiate with key suppliers (International Purchasing). Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business 3 years of sales experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Decision-making skills Result oriented Team management Critical thinking
