Regional Finance Director

We’re seeking a Regional Finance Operations Leader to join a high-impact team supporting multiple production sites. This position plays a key role in guiding Plant Controllers, providing financial insight, and partnering with operations to improve safety, delivery, quality, cash flow, and profitability. What You’ll Do Execute the manufacturing finance strategy across a country/region. Lead financial analysis to enhance plant performance in areas such as production costs, scrap, inventory, warranty, quality, and CAPEX. Support regional leadership in achieving business goals through data-driven recommendations. Monitor KPIs to assess manufacturing efficiency and cost control. Ensure accurate reporting of COGS, inventory valuation, and capital expenditures. Manage budget cycles, forecasts, and variance analysis for materials, production, and investments. Collaborate with Accounting and Operations to analyze cost drivers and drive savings. Lead month-end close activities and prepare regional financial review packages. Uphold strong internal controls over spend, working capital, and fixed assets. Coach and develop the regional finance team while fostering continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Who You’ll Work With Regional Operations Leadership Plant Managers and cross-functional site teams Global Finance & Supply Chain stakeholders What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. 7 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Strong background in controlling, cost analysis, and performance metrics. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Fluent English and excellent communication/presentation abilities. Proven leadership and team development experience. Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and ownership mentality.
