Our headquarters are in Delft, The Netherlands and we have two satellite offices in Oslo, Norway and Rome, Italy with a total of 125 experts employed at S[&]T. We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join the team in the Rotterdam Area. Als Projectmanager speel je een sleutelrol in het leiden van meerdere langlopende projecten in de hightechindustrie, met een focus op software en elektronica. Responsibilities: Je staat in direct contact met onze klanten en vertaalt hun behoeften naar een concreet projectplan . Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning en de financiële gezondheid van het project. Het allerbelangrijkst: je motiveert je team om oplossingen te vinden voor een perfect op maat gemaakt systeem . In nauwe samenwerking met business developers pak je kansen op om onze klanten beter te ondersteunen en zet je deze om in opdrachten . Voor de technische input werk je samen met projectleiders, architecten en domeinspecialisten . Je stelt proactief alternatieven en oplossingen voor wanneer er knelpunten worden gesignaleerd, met oog voor de belangen van beide partijen . Requirements: Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding . Bij voorkeur heb je minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider, projectmanager of in een vergelijkbare rol . Ervaring in een technische werkomgeving is een pré . Je hebt kennis van IPMA C, Prince2 of een vergelijkbare methodiek . Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands . Het ondergaan van een veiligheidsscreening kan een vereiste zijn voor het project waarop je werkt. Je bent communicatief sterk: je durft je uit te spreken , maar luistert ook goed naar anderen. Je kunt flexibel omgaan met scopewijzigingen , maar communiceert duidelijk over de consequenties daarvan. Je bent een inspirerende team builder . Interested?
