Diagnostic Software Developer Location: Eindhoven Automotive industry Familiarity with OTX and ODX As a Diagnostic Software Developer, you are responsible for the development and maintenance of diagnostic and programming functionalities used in the DAVIE tool—our advanced off-board diagnostic platform. You’ll work with automotive-specific development environments such as Grade-X, and technologies like OTX, ODX, test benches, and actual vehicles. Your main task is to translate vehicle data from electronic control systems into practical diagnostic functions. You will be involved in the full development cycle—from gathering requirements and designing solutions to implementing and validating them in real-world environments. This role offers a technically challenging and dynamic environment, where collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement are key to achieving shared goals. Your Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain diagnostic software Work with cross-functional teams to gather and refine technical requirements Translate system data into user-oriented diagnostic functions Collaborate with test teams to ensure software quality on benches and in vehicles Continuously optimize development processes for efficiency and effectiveness Your Profile We are looking for a motivated and skilled software developer with a strong foundation in automotive systems and diagnostics. You bring: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field with software experience Hands-on experience in the automotive industry, specifically with diagnostics A solid background in software development Familiarity with OTX and ODX
