About the Role: Head of Finance - Europe We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Finance - Europe to lead and transform our financial operations across Europe (The Netherlands, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom). In this critical leadership role, you will act as a key strategic partner to the Market Leader for Europe and collaborate with a broader group of finance leaders across the LOGISTEED global network. You will be instrumental in: Driving financial performance and operational excellence Leading financial transformation and integration Maximizing commercial opportunities to support business growth Building and inspiring a high-performing finance team Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, FP&A, reporting, and cash management Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements Manage capital allocation and investment planning to support strategic growth Strategic Planning & Transformation Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute regional financial strategies Lead initiatives to drive efficiency, value creation, and sustainable growth Provide financial insights to inform decision-making Risk Management Implement robust financial processes and internal controls Monitor and mitigate financial risks to ensure long-term stability Leadership & Team Development Inspire and develop a high-performing finance team across multiple geographies Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with investors, auditors, and key internal stakeholders Effectively communicate financial performance, plans, and opportunities Candidate Profile We’re looking for a finance leader who is as passionate about building teams as they are about numbers. Someone strategic, commercially astute, and hands-on when needed.
