Job Description
Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in metallurgical or chemical engineering 2.6.1 Appointment (as per MHSA requirements) 10 years experience in mineral processing plants , preferably with PGMs and CrâOâ At least 5 years management experience in a processing plant environment Proven experience in Safety Management and regulatory compliance Strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, General) Excellent client interfacing and stakeholder engagement skills Key Responsibilities: Overall management and optimisation of plant production Lead and align engineering, operations, and support teams Ensure compliance with MHSA, environmental and safety legislation Oversee plant performance, cost control, and continuous improvement Build and maintain strong client relationships and reporting structures
