Senior Metallurgist / Process Engineer

Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in metallurgical or chemical engineering Minimum of 5 years experience in mineral processing , preferably in chrome and/or tailings operations Strong understanding of plant process optimisation and metallurgical reporting Proficient in data analysis and troubleshooting of processing operations Good communication and leadership skills Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to the plant to achieve production and recovery targets Conduct daily performance monitoring , analysis, and reporting Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives Collaborate with plant operations, maintenance, and engineering teams Assist with test work , process trials, and metallurgical investigations Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
