We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic sales representative to join our team in selling alarm and security systems. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth for our top-quality security products and services. Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.) Present alarm and security systems to potential customers, addressing their specific needs and concerns Customize security solutions based on client requirements and budgets Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets and quotas Provide accurate and timely sales reports and customer feedback to the management team Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals Stay updated on the latest products, trends, and technology in the alarm and security industry Collaborate with the installation and customer service teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to service Attend industry events to expand network and brand visibility Proven experience in sales, preferably in alarm systems, security solutions, or a related field Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven Ability to understand and explain complex security solutions Comfortable working in a commission-based compensation environment Valid drivers license and reliable transportation as this position requires you to be on the road Basic knowledge of alarm systems and security technologies is a plus, but not required
