Job Description
Initial Responsibilities: Lead and manage the content/marketing/upload team Drive internal and client-facing content strategies Create content briefs and oversee design output Handle client communication, strategy, and reports Support internal software, spot bugs, recommend improvements Optimise CRM and content request processes Pitch new campaign and signage content ideas Stay ahead of trends, tools, and AI enhancements Build and manage documents, brochures, decks, and site content Required: Some form of tertiary education is preferred Highly organised with excellent project and time management skills Strong English communicator comfortable with client calls, team meetings, and emails Digitally savvy aware of trends, tools, and emerging platforms Able to create and manage content calendars Logical, smart, and flexible thinker with a great sense of urgency Collaborative yet confident working independently Willing and able to start early and occasionally work late Bonus if you have experience with: Basic copywriting and proofreading Google and Meta ad management AI tools and automation Canva, Photoshop, or design briefing Social scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer) SEO/blog writing and Mailchimp
