Sales and Marketing Head

Minimum requirements: Matric Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field (essential) Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in a senior Sales and Marketing leadership role, preferably within the FMCG, agriculture or food production sectors Proven track record of managing teams and successfully driving business growth in both local and export markets Experience working with retailers, distributors and trade partners across South Africa and international markets Strong strategic sales planning and execution capabilities Advanced skills in market analysis, commercial insight generation and customer account management Proven ability to develop brands and manage integrated marketing campaigns Competent in budgeting, sales forecasting, and financial planning Proficient in CRM and ERP systems Familiarity with digital marketing tools and e-commerce platforms High level of commercial acumen with a strong results-driven orientation Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills Innovative, proactive, and solution-focused mindset Strong leadership abilities with a proven ability to motivate and manage teams High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct Agile, adaptable and able to manage change in a fast-paced environment Consultant: Rene Otte - Dante Personnel Greenstone
