Business Intelligence Developer

Responsibilities (but not limited to): Design, build and deploy data architecture, data warehouses and business intelligence solutions (dashboards, reports). Create and maintain data integration packages to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources. Monitor, maintain, and optimize database performance (including tuning queries, indexing, and troubleshooting). Perform SQL queries - design, code, test, and aggregate the results to conduct analysis and create useful information. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate data solutions. Provide continuous improvements on reporting and analytics methods. Database server administration, including database maintenance and ensuring data quality, integrity and security. Ensure high availability and disaster recovery strategies are in place (e.g. clustering, replication, failover). What You Bring to the Table: Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, business intelligence, or related field. Certification in Database Administration or equivalent. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role. Experience with data warehouse design and business analysis. Understanding of database management systems, OLAP, and ETL processes. Proficient in presenting information through reports and visualization. Skilled in SQL Server, Power BI, DAX, T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS. Experience with cloud databases (e.g., Azure SQL, AWS RDS) is advantageous. Knowledge of FMCG or retail industries is a plus. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Analytical and detail oriented. Proactive with a problem-solving attitude. Business acumen and sense of urgency. Self-managed and able to function independently.
