We’re hiring! Join us as a Project & Executive Support Analyst and help drive strategic operations across our GBS service lines: Finance, IT, Procurement, HR, and Real Estate. Location: Miguel Hidalgo CDMX | Hybrid Type: Full-time We offer above-law benefits and competitive compensation $34,000.00 We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project & Executive Support Analyst to provide top-tier administrative and operational support to the Head of GBS and Finance . This role is essential to the smooth functioning of our Mexico GBS, which includes five service lines: Finance, IT, Procurement, HR, and Real Estate . Key Responsibilities ️ Administrative Support: Manage the Head´s calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel. Draft and edit emails, presentations, and internal communications. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Coordination & Communication: Serve as the liaison between the Head of GBS and internal/external stakeholders. Facilitate communication across all five service lines. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Coordinate events, visits, and Town Halls, including presentation materials. Collaborate with HR and Communications to prepare newsletters and internal updates. Project & Operations Management: Support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives. Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met. Collaborate with service line leaders to align on key projects. Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Liaison & Representation: Represent the Head of GBS and Finance in meetings and events as needed. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure the Head of GBS is well-prepared for all engagements. ️ Operational Support: Assist service lines with general procurement processes in SAP (purchase requests, goods receipt, and inquiries). What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably within a GBS or corporate environment. Experience in a Shared Service Center environment is a plus. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook). Knowledge of project management principles. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Key Skills Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
