Work location: Paseo de la Reforma 26 Work schedule: Monday to Friday, business hours Responsabilities: • Lead the execution of the payroll processing for Exact Sciences Companies. • Collaborate with business partners to understand payroll reporting needs and provide reporting solutions. • Able to complete complex report reconciliation across numerous sources and identify reconciliation errors. • Triage payroll questions and processing errors to quickly and appropriately problem solve and come to a resolution. • Identifies payroll system issues and communicates solutions to appropriate stakeholders. • Cross-train with the Payroll team members to ensure back-up support for all payroll processes. • Liaise with Human Resources regarding timely benefit enrollments, associated payroll deductions, leaves of absence, and associated pro-rated pay calculations. • Assist with company-wide payroll-related communications. • Responsible for State and Local withholding tax registrations and in maintaining good standing with various taxing agencies. • Lead the year-end payroll processes. • Assist with monitoring the shared Payroll email inbox and answering employee questions in a timely and professional manner. • Maintain working knowledge of multi-state payroll laws, benefit programs (i.e. FSA, HSA, etc.), and the Company’s Employee Handbook. • Participate in internal and external audit requests. • Other payroll related responsibilities as assigned. • Able to evaluate routing and high priority tasks to delegate to team members. • Able to communicate clear and concise messages to internal and external audiences. • Able to make decisions independently considering multiple data points and sources of information. • Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork. • Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures. • Regular and reliable attendance. • Ability to work designated schedule. • Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day. • Ability and means to travel between Madison locations. Qualifications: • Associates degree in business administration or related field; or high school degree/general education diploma and 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree. • 6 years of experience working in a customer focused role requiring attention to detail. • 2 years of experience in a payroll, finance, accounting or bookkeeping role. • Basic computer skills to include Internet navigation, Email usage, and word processing. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. • Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation. Preffered: • 2 years of experience with International and/or Canadian payroll cycles and companies
