Product Engineer

Make your mark at the world's largest HVAC company As a Product Engineer , Control and ensure the review and approval processes of product materials, safeguarding the materials and components supplied by clients; training the team on the assembly, operation and characteristics of said products, Responsabilities: Review, approve or reject engineering change requirements or orders (ECR/ECO). Investigate the root cause of problems detected in products, analyzing, documenting and identifying findings and solutions through applying methodologies. Ensure that communication is maintained between the Product Engineering area (USA) and the Operations area (San Luis Potosí), participating in the work meetings of special teams. Clarifying doubts and collecting suggestions from all areas involved in the production chain, in order to maintain an efficient and timely communication flow, avoiding line stoppages or delays in deliveries. Define and assign responsibilities to Product Technicians, delegating responsibility for validating standard manufacturing products. Supervise technical product activities in the absence of the Product Engineer I (Junior), coordinating, directing and supporting their assigned business unit (FC, WSHP/UV or AAH), in order to maintain communication, results and monitoring of activities . Control the material available in the Oracle AHRI sub-inventory, assigned to the Product Engineering area, the registration of input and output material, with the purpose of providing said information in the physical inventories of the Plant and ensuring the registration of the available material. Ensure involvement in the process FMEA, participating in the multidisciplinary groups of the San Luis Potosí plant, to eliminate failure modes in the production lines. Requirements A Mechanical - Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related career. 3 years of experience in position Product Engineer or similar. English Advanced Level. APQP, AMEF's, GD&T and Six Sigma courses, Knowledge of Solid Works System. Experience using ERP (SAP or similar). Microsoft Office.
