QA Automation (Python Selenium)

Job Description: We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in manual, automation, and performance testing , and a solid technical background in Python and Selenium . You will be responsible for hands-on testing, contributing to QA strategy, and collaborating with global teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Execute QA processes across manual , automation , and performance testing efforts. Design and implement automated test scripts using Python and Selenium . Collaborate with onshore and offshore QA teams to ensure test coverage and consistency. Support and help define QA strategies aligned with product and project goals. Monitor test activities and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Generate and present detailed test reports and dashboards to stakeholders. Contribute to the continuous improvement of test frameworks, tools, and practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Hands-on experience in test automation using Python and Selenium . Proven expertise in manual, automation, and performance testing . Familiarity with test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit). Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Azure Cloud services for test management and CI/CD. Proficiency with performance testing tools like JMeter , LoadRunner , or similar. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. ISTQB or other QA-related certifications. Experience in regulated or high-compliance industries (e.g., healthcare, finance). Why Join Us?
