EHS MANAGER

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial or manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of EHS regulations (STPS, SEMARNAT, OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Advanced English is required. Strong leadership, effective communication, and teamwork skills. Certifications such as Internal Auditor, RCRA, HAZWOPER, or similar are desirable. Strategic thinking and results-oriented approach. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive and preventive mindset. Leadership and influence. Commitment to continuous improvement. Lead and oversee the implementation, continuous improvement, and compliance of the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) programs, ensuring adherence to local, national, and international regulations, as well as corporate policies. Promote a culture of prevention, safety, and sustainability across all organizational operations.
