Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the sales team with Weekly sales cadence, Forecasting, Quota Planning, Sales performance analysis, reporting, and operational support to improve efficiency and drive order and revenue growth. He/She also is the right hand of sales leader in terms of providing useful insights into Pipeline, enforce pipeline hygiene & support in the deliverables related to forecasting and Planning. Knowledge and Skills: • Knowledge of Sales force (Excalibur), Sales Pipeline architecture and various Sales KPIs. • Knowledge of Lead to Order process and systems. • Knowledge in Budgeting & Sales Quota Planning & Order Forecasting. • Ability to drive weekly sales cadence calls with sales team members ask the right questions to understand the deal status, Risks, Upsides available. • Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectives. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English), including advanced negotiation, presentation, and influence skills. • Ability to perform different kinds of variances analysis and reconciliations • Ability to build reports and semi automate tasks which can be quickly leveraged for regular deliverables • Ability to independently draft and present client deliverables, recommendations, and communicate strategies Technical Skills required • Proficient of Microsoft excel, Power point and use of Share Point.
