Real Estate Lawyer – Energy & Infrastructure Focus (2 PQE) Hybrid Working | Permanent | We’re working with a major UK law firm to help them grow their nationally recognised Real Estate Energy & Natural Resources team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial property solicitor (2 PQE) with an interest in energy and infrastructure to join a specialist group working on some of the biggest energy and development projects in the country. The role This is a real estate role with a clear energy and infrastructure focus. You’ll act for national and international energy clients on a mix of: Development projects (solar, wind, battery, hydrogen, grid) Site acquisitions, land options, and infrastructure agreements Lease negotiations and office relocations Portfolio management, landlord & tenant work, and asset management Supporting major energy infrastructure and renewables projects, including new power stations, pipeline schemes and battery storage developments You’ll be part of a large national real estate practice, with over 150 lawyers across the UK, working alongside market-leading individuals listed in Legal 500 and Chambers. This is a chance to do high-value, high-profile work for global clients – from start-ups and utilities to energy giants and government bodies.
