JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FINANCE CLERK (JNR BOOKKEEPER): Capturing Supplier invoices and Month-end reconciliations Credit note full Investigation and processing Freight Report costing General Administration Debtors Reconciliations Preparing VAT Report Switch Board Relief Quotes for Procurement SKILLS REQUIRED: Able to work under pressure with Accuracy The ability to meet deadlines Exceptional organisational skills The ability to prioritise projects Internal & External Customer service skills An eye for detail The ability to communicate complex data in a clear way Excellent data entry skills REQUIREMENTS: Matric Account experience or Qualification would be an Advantage Valid Drivers License and Own Vehicle Must be able to work Overtime when required
