Industrial Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Analyse and improve production processes, layouts, and material flows. Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase efficiency. Develop and maintain work instructions, time studies, and process documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production planning, quality assurance, and cost reduction initiatives. Monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements. Requirements: BEng/BTech in Industrial Engineering. 24 years experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Solid understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimisation tools. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and CAD-based tools.
