Job Description

Your Daily Responsibilities Monitor technical systems via building management software. Respond immediately to malfunctions (e.g., HVAC issues, power failures, access problems). Carry out safe, on-site repairs using LOTO (Lock Out-Tag Out) procedures. Perform regular technical inspections and report anomalies. Act as part of the High Priority Team during emergencies such as fire alarms, gas leaks, and elevator faults. Work on a 3-shift rotation (3 mornings, 3 afternoons, 3 days off), with a planned transition to a 5-shift system. What Were Looking For Youre calm under pressure, a quick thinker, and love solving technical problems. Youre safety-conscious, proactive, and a strong team player. Your background includes: Experience in a hands-on technical role (e.g., service technician, maintenance engineer, or support specialist). A completed N2 or higher technical qualification (Electrical, Mechanical, or similar). Previous work in high-tech or critical environments (data centers, hospitals, industrial plants, etc.). Understanding of electrical and/or mechanical systems. Willingness to work shifts and respond to on-site emergencies. Familiarity with LOTO and safety-first procedures. Education N2 or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.
