General Description of the Role: The global Project Manager supports the execution of global packaging changes across multiple products and brands, sourced from various Supply Chain regions. The program, approved by Campari Group officers, aims to display QR codes on physical labels of all brands to provide voluntary digital information to consumers. Mission / Objectives: The role involves executing this global program in collaboration with Global Strategic Marketing, Supply Chain functions, Legal/Public Affairs, Regulatory, and other stakeholders. The Project Manager will be the main contact for all Campari Brands, responsible for planning, engaging, and managing the project team to ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective implementation. Key Responsibilities and Activities: Project Management: Manage global product change projects as per directives from Global Product Lifecycle Management and Global Quality Director. Facilitate idea/brief definition, challenge legal and public affairs for regulatory compliance, assess impacts, risks, and costs. Define project team, masterplan, resource requirements, risk assessments, timelines, and monitor progress. Coordinate with pre-press agencies and suppliers for art updates, ensuring compliance with approval processes and timelines. Review art files for legal and functional compliance, manage approval flows, and develop final art specifications. Coordinate project execution, monitor activities, manage performance gaps, and escalate issues as needed. Coordinate with packaging, master data, procurement, planning, finance, and other functions for project activities. Manage creation and approval of SKUs and BOMs, upload artworks, and prepare sample shipments. Maintain project timelines, update stakeholders, and ensure smooth project closure. Key Relationships: Internal: All functions involved in product change management. External: Suppliers involved in product change processes.
