Management Accountant Wiltshire Competitive package A fast-growing private company are looking for a commercially minded Qualified Management Accountant to join their dynamic finance team in a fabulous rural location. Reporting directly to the local Head of Finance and working closely with on-site bookkeepers this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-growth, rural estate business where your insights will directly influence business performance. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts for multiple sites Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Provide insightful variance analysis and commentary to operational teams Partner with management to drive financial performance and accountability Assist with the integration of newly acquired businesses into the group Contribute to ongoing process improvements and finance transformation projects What we are Looking For Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) Experience in a multi-site, property business is advantageous Strong Excel skills and expertise with financial systems (eg.
