Key Responsibilities: Process transactions and manage cash via point-of-sale system. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries. Promote additional services (e.g., Omnibus, Hotel B1). Ensure compliance with risk, security, and cash management procedures. Perform daily reconciliations, update rate boards, and complete registers. Protect customer information per POPIA and company policy. Adhere to branch opening/closing and End of Day procedures. Result Areas: Be ready before official opening and complete tasks after closing. Balance all value daily and report discrepancies immediately. Double-check transactions to minimize errors.
