Join Amaris Consulting, where you can develop your potential and make a difference within the company. ✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️ At least 7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager , ideally leading DevOps-related projects in international environments. Proven experience managing DevOps transformation initiatives , including CI/CD pipeline implementation, automation, or cloud-native deployments . Experience with budget and resource forecasting . Strong familiarity working with technical teams and solid understanding of DevOps, Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) . Experience managing complex global projects with multiple stakeholders. Exceptional communication skills: be specific, assertive, and organize your thoughts. Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum. English fluent , as you will be working in an international and multicultural environment where English is the day-to-day language. WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS? Certification in project management (e.g. PMP, Prince2, SCRUM, Agile) Fluency in Italian, Spanish, French, German Experience with virtual teams and hybrid environments. Prior experience integrating DevSecOps practices , monitoring solutions (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana), or managing cloud-native tools would be a bonus. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Collaborate with stakeholders to manage global DevOps and infrastructure-related projects . Perform analysis to improve delivery pipelines, deployment strategies, and cloud-based systems . Manage resources and tasks to meet objectives. Monitor progress, communicate effectively, and proactively mitigate technical and delivery risks .
