Are you a Real Estate Solicitor in Manchester wanting to work on property transactions that shape communities? A leading national law firm are seeking a 2-5 PQE Real Estate Solicitor to join their market leading team. Their work is complex and interesting and of national significance. You’ll be part of a national real estate team. They have 85 qualified Solicitors within the department. This means you’ll be supported on transactions by colleagues at your level and have supervision from industry leading Real Estate Partners. This strength in depth is why the firm work with the largest developers and homebuilders in the country. Their expertise means they’ve advised Government Ministers and helped shaped the UK built environment. You will work on real estate projects which transform towns and cities across the UK. This real estate team works on multimillion £ strategic development and regeneration projects across the country. Meaning the work you do is important. You’ll be continually learning. Their Manchester office has a dedicated Professional Support Lawyer. Their responsibility is to ensure you’re kept up to date with changes in real estate law and practice. You can also take part in an accredited 12-month programme covering the full lifecycle of property development. Your role will be to work on freehold acquisitions and disposals. Often on strategic land sites. Working on Option and Promotion agreements and seeing a site through from Heads of Terms through to completion. As a leading national law firm, they have excellent opportunities to socialise and get to know your colleagues across different teams. Flexible working as standard. You’ll be expected to be in their Manchester city centre office 2/3 days a week. What you’ll need 2-5 PQE Real Estate Solicitor. Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales. Specialism in commercial real estate. Experience gained in private practice. Specific development experience isn’t necessary. Commercial property experience is. As is a willingness to learn.
