Culture & Training Analyst

As Culture & Training Analyst at BYD México, you will be responsible for supporting the development, execution, and monitoring of initiatives that enhance employee experience, talent development, and cultural alignment. This role is key to ensuring that the company’s values are reflected in everyday interactions and that we attract, retain, and grow high-potential talent in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position it´s not related with Talent Acquistion activities Key Responsibilities: Support the design and execution of engagement and culture programs aligned with BYD’s global values. Coordinate and monitor talent development initiatives , training, onboarding experiences, and internal communication campaigns. Track key metrics such as turnover, engagement, career development paths, and performance follow-ups . Assist in the rollout and analysis of employee surveys , focus groups, and feedback sessions. Collaborate to develop a correct NOM-035 program Participate in well-being, and recognition initiatives. Contribute to employer branding efforts and internal communication aligned with corporate culture. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Maximum 2–4 years of experience in talent development, employee engagement, or HR analytics. Able to Work 100% onsite in Polanco -CDMX Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Desirable experience in the automotive industry English professional proficiency required for interaction with global teams. Passion for people, culture, and continuous improvement.
