We are looking for a Legal Advisor - Data Protection to join our Legal & Corporate Department. The responsibilities include: Supporting the business and corporate functions on legal issues and ensuring compliance with sector regulations in Italy and abroad to protect the company's interests. Managing disputes, both extrajudicial and judicial (civil, criminal, and administrative). Handling data protection issues, including implementing and reviewing Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs), Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs), maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Advising on privacy policies in commercial contracts. Managing data processing agreements, permits, licenses, and authorizations necessary for the activities of the CRIF Group. Ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and monitoring legislative developments related to data protection and company activities. Experience: 1-3 years of data protection experience in legal & compliance, preferably in multinational companies or international law firms. Proficiency in Italian and English (spoken and written) is essential. Law practice license is a plus. Soft Skills: Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with internal teams and external counsels. Capability to provide clear guidance to senior management in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented and result-driven, with the ability to operate in an international, multicultural setting.
