CNC Supervisor/Programmer /Turner Salary £19.50per hour (38 hour week Monday to Friday Days Only ) Location Rugby Warwickshire Were hiring a CNC Siemens Programmer (Supervisor) for a precision breakdown machine shop in Rugby. This is a great opportunity for a skilled CNC professional with leadership experience. Role Details: Pay: £19- £19.50per hour overtime (time and a third) Start Date: Immediate or can wait until July Overtime: Available Key Responsibilities: ? Operate, set, and program Siemens CNC Milling Centres (Fusion 360 or similar). ? Lead the Day shift team, ensuring productivity and quality. ? Conduct quality checks and oversee machine maintenance. ? Optimize machining processes and troubleshoot issues. What Were Looking For: Proven Siemens CNC experience (programming, setting, operating). Siemens machinery Cam programming Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team. Familiarity with engineering drawings, tolerances, and quality control.
