Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Mechanical Engineer Location: West London (W12) Salary: Up to £45,000 overtime Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to take the lead on a busy site in West London (W12). This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the main point of contact for any mechanical issues, working independently across a range of systems. The Role: You’ll be responsible for a variety of planned and reactive maintenance tasks, including: * Calorifiers * Pressurisation units * Plant room maintenance * AHU cleaning and servicing * Belt changes on motors * TMV checks and maintenance * Legionella prevention tasks Although you won’t directly manage other engineers, you’ll be seen as the lead on-site, so any technical issues or escalations will go through you.
