Electrical Maintenance Engineer Warrington 3-Shift Pattern £48,000 - £49,000 - OTE of £55,000 - £60,000 with bonuses, payments and overtime Description This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading FMCG firm as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer. The role is based in Warrington and requires a skilled professional who is experienced in electrical fault finding on packaging or bottling machinery, with strong PLC knowledge. Working on a 3-shift pattern, you will be integral to maintaining production uptime and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the company's high standards for quality and efficiency are met daily. Responsibilities As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer working on a 3-shift pattern, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the production equipment within a fast-paced FMCG environment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in complex packaging and bottling machinery. Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and reduce downtime. Diagnose and rectify PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) faults effectively and efficiently. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement improvements and maintain safety standards. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and communicate issues proactively to management. Qualifications Proven experience in electrical maintenance within FMCG manufacturing, particularly in packaging or bottling environments. Strong PLC fault finding skills with hands-on experience. Electrical engineering qualifications or relevant technical certifications. Ability to work effectively across a 3-shift system.
