Maintenance Team Leader - Days

An exciting opportunity has arisen within this leading UK Manufacturing operation for a Maintenance Supervisor working days, to lead its engineering team at its facility based on the outskirts of Nuneaton. THE ROLE Commutable from Coventry, Rugby, Tamworth, Hinckley, Leicester, Atherstone, Solihull and the surrounding areas, Reporting directly into the Plant Manager and working days, as the Maintenance Team Leader you will be responsible for the planned preventative maintenance across the whole site as well as the management of a small team of engineers and technicians. Responsibilities Include: * Planned Preventative Maintenance * Health and Safety * Technician recruitment * Training and development * Maintenance Support * Contract Engineers THE CANDIDATE The role of Maintenance Team Leader will suit an existing senior maintenance engineer or supervisor/Manager looking for the next step, or an existing maintenance manager looking for a challenging supervisory role. Ideally you will have strong electrical/mechanical skills as well as a good understanding of PPM/TPM etc. Experience of health and safety and certifications will be an advantage also.
