Service Care have an exciting opportunity to join our client, an international property company, as an Accounts Assistant. Please find a description of the role below. Role: Accounts Assistant Location: Blackburn Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 (benefits) (based on experience, qualifications, and interview performance) Working: 37 per week, on-site. Positions: 2 Key Responsibilities: Prepare financial reports and assist with financial statements. Perform daily bank reconciliations. Manage accounts payable/receivable, including invoice processing and payments. Maintain accurate records using accounting software. Support month-end close by reconciling accounts and preparing documentation. Conduct financial data audits and suggest process improvements Qualifications/Experience: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Proficiency in software like Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, or PeopleSoft. Strong analytical and organisational skills. Understanding of financial processes, ideally within the property sector. Team player with the ability to work independently.
