Finance Manager

Finance Manager Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a group of SME businesses who are seeking a Finance Manager to support the Finance Director and oversee the full accounting process, covering two locations in London. Duties: * Oversee finance operations across the businesses * Prepare monthly management accounts for Director’s review and liaise with external accountants for adjustments etc * Manage cashbooks * Complete and submit VAT returns and conduct monthly postponed VAT checks. * Manage sales ledger, credit control and purchase ledger, including invoices, credit checks, reconciliations * Improve processes and procedures * Oversee and negotiate contract renewals, such as office insurance and phone contracts. Requirements: * At least 3 years experience in a similar role * Strong technical accounting skills * Ability to process multi-currency transactions and VAT processes. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders. * Ability to work independently Salary other information * £40,000 - £45,000 * Hybrid * Ability to attend multiple offices If you are interested in hearing more, please apply today!
