Finance Assistant Location: Macclesfield Salary: Up to £30,000 Axon Moore are partnering with a market leading business in the South Manchester area looking to appoint a permanent, full time Finance Assistant. This is a very impressive client that drives innovation throughout their products and have experienced very impressive periods of growth within the last 5 years. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience within at least 12 months within a fast paced finance department, whether that be within accounts payable, credit control or a varied role! Benefits: 25 days holidays plus bank holidays Wellbeing helpline Onsite parking 1 day a week working remotely On site gym Daily Duties: Credit Control Duties – ensuring timely and accurate payment of due and overdue invoices Proactively chase overdue balances with confident and courteous communication Respond and resolve any payment related queries Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with agreed payment terms Accounts Payable Duties - Process supplier invoices daily ensuring they are matched correctly to internal data / purchase orders Query management and help manage shared inboxes Assisting with the reconciliation of the debtors ledger Competent in Supplier Statements via excel and PDF Reviewing credit card statements and employees expenses requests Adhoc duties to support the wider finance team Personal profile: Atleast 12 months experience within a similar finance position Ability to work within a fast paced environment Ability to build strong internal and external relations Strong communication skills both written and verbal Experienced with accounting software and excel If you are interested in applying for the role of finance assistant please contact Charlotte Hilton at Axon Moore for more information
