You'll work closely with project managers, designers, production, and finance.We would love to meet you:- 3 years of accounting experience in the construction industry- Strong autonomy, efficiency, and attention to detail- Comfortable with change and adapting to a fast-evolving company- Intermediate Excel - Fast learner of ERP systems Other Language Requirement: English- Level of Proficiency Required: Intermediate- Reasons for Language Requirement: To communicate and support operations in other regions outside of Quebec- Frequency of Use: Daily (for various tasks)Key Responsibilities:- Subcontractor & Compliance Management- Onboard subcontractors and ensure compliance with RBQ, CNESST, CCQ, GST/QST, and internal procedures- Manage subcontractor submissions and upload to the ERP- Create and manage purchase orders and compliance documentation- Track lien waivers, releases, and subcontractor payments- Purchase Order & Budget Support- Support project managers with ERP approvals and budget coding- Help resolve ERP workflow issues and maintain financial accuracyBilling & Project Creation- Assist with billing for private projects, working closely with the accounting team- Set up new projects in the ERP and validate financial data- Prepare and submit billing documentation for clientsAdministrative Support to Project Managers:- Assist with various administrative and financial tasks to keep projects on trackPlease forward your resume in Word format to Cristina Bilbao at cristina.bilbao@quantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
