If you're organized, analytical, and have at least one year of hands-on experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain, this is your opportunity to play a vital role in import operations and customs compliance.What you'll do:- Verifying import documentation and maintaining a smooth flow of shipping paperwork- Tracking international shipments and updating internal systems- Ensuring timely receipt and validation of documents from suppliers- Cross-checking Harmonized Customs Tariff Codes and coordinating with the customs team- Running and publishing daily operations reports and KPIs- Communicating with Origin Operations to ensure visibility and data accuracyWhat you bring:- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a related field- Experience with import documentation and knowledge of customs procedures- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills- Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentThis position is hybrid—you'll split your time between remote work and the office, ensuring flexibility while staying connected to the team.Ready to keep the supply chain moving?
