As Sr. Director of Architecture, Data, and Software Engineering, you will be at the helm of their end-to-end technology strategy guiding software engineering, enterprise architecture, data platforms, AI initiatives, and DevOps operations. Reporting directly to the CTO, you'll lead high-performing, cross-functional teams and play a mission-critical role in shaping the company's next phase of growth. If you're a visionary tech leader with a passion for innovation, modernization, and delivering scalable, secure solutions, this is the opportunity for you.Responsibilities:- Define and maintain the organization's long-term application and technology roadmap aligned with business priorities.- Lead multidisciplinary teams across software engineering, enterprise architecture, and DevOps to execute large-scale transformation projects.- Drive adoption of modern technologies, frameworks, and architectural best practices.- Spearhead AI/ML strategies identifying high-impact use cases and overseeing ethical deployment.- Ensure all applications and systems are secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-effective.- Foster a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous learning.- Promote agile methodologies across engineering and data teams to enhance delivery velocity and quality.- Lead data governance and BI platform strategies to empower data-driven decisions across the organization.- Oversee DevOps initiatives with a focus on automation, CI/CD pipelines, and resilient infrastructure.- Work closely with executive leadership and product stakeholders to align technology with strategic business goals.Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.- 10 years of experience in software and/or data engineering, with 5 years in senior technology leadership.- Proven experience building and executing large-scale technology strategies and leading engineering teams.- Strong technical foundation in Python, plus working knowledge of Java, C#, JavaScript, and SQL.- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data ecosystems.- Understanding of enterprise applications and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP S/4HANA, ADP Workforce Now).- Familiarity with data architecture, warehousing, ETL pipelines, and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.- Experience with AI/ML technologies and their responsible use in business environments.To apply, please send your resume to Shannon Scullion at shannon.scullion@quantum-qtr.com.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN $1,000!
