Accounting Analyst - Downtown Montreal - $95K to $105K

Position: Property Accounting Analyst Location: Downtown MontrealSalary: $95,000 to $105,000We're partnering with a reputable real estate company in the heart of downtown Montreal that's looking to add a Property Accounting Analyst to their growing finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of financial reporting, analysis, and hands-on property accounting in a dynamic, multi-property environment.In this role, you will:- Review lease agreements to identify tenant obligations for shared expenses- Update internal records with key lease terms related to cost recovery- Be responsible for CAM reconciliation- Calculate each tenant's share of recoverable expenses- Work with the property management and accounting teams to prepare budgets and expense reconciliations- Support external audits by providing clear and accurate documentation- Ensure all calculations and processes follow lease agreements and company policies- Help with tenant billing and internal financial reporting- Participate in a system implementationRequirements:- Bachelor's, DEC, certificate in accounting or finance- 4 years of relevant experience in real estate- Knowledge of CAM reconciliation- Experience with Yardi is an asset- Strong Excel skillsPlease send your resume in Word format to Nathalie Barrette at nathalie.barrette@quantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
