As part of their continued transformation journey, they are now hiring a HRIS Lead to elevate the HR function globally through technology enablement. Position Overview As the HRIS Lead, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, and continuous enhancement of HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors. You will partner closely with HR and IT teams to ensure systems are optimized for scalability, compliance, user experience, and data integrity-ultimately supporting a future-ready, analytics-driven HR function. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the HR Director, the role entails leading the HRIS strategy and execution roadmap across the organisation. You will spearhead the end-to-end implementation and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors, while also overseeing system configuration, user support, and vendor management. Collaborating closely with HR stakeholders, you will identify process automation and digitisation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement. You will also ensure robust data governance, reporting standards, and adherence to compliance and security regulations, while staying ahead of emerging trends in HR technology. Requirements You are degree-qualified with at least 8-10 years of experience in HRIS, including a minimum of 4 years leading the implementation and administration of SAP SuccessFactors. You bring deep functional and technical expertise in HRIS strategy, system integration, process design, and change management. With strong leadership skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, you have a sharp eye for streamlining processes and enhancing data integrity.
