Cloud Database Developer - with Salesforce Experience

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Database Developer with strong technical knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce . In this role, you'll help design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable, and high-performance data storage solutions that integrate seamlessly with CRM systems — with a focus on Salesforce. You will be part of cross-functional agile teams and work closely with Salesforce Developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure data-driven solutions are reliable, secure, and ready for growth. What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce , particularly in data handling, integrations, and architecture Proven experience designing and maintaining cloud-based database systems (e.g., AWS RDS/Redshift, Azure SQL, GCP BigQuery, or Snowflake) Strong understanding of data models , data pipelines, and data security in a cloud environment Experience working in agile teams , preferably within a SAFe framework Good knowledge in Spanish and English – both written and spoken Technical Skills Cloud Platforms : Proficiency in one or more of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Database Technologies : SQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB), BigQuery, or similar ETL/ELT tools : dbt, Talend, Apache Airflow, or equivalent Data Integration : Experience with Salesforce Connect, External Objects, and REST/SOAP APIs Languages : Proficiency in SQL and Python (or similar scripting language) Salesforce Knowledge : Familiarity with Salesforce data models, SOQL, and integration practices Bonus : Salesforce certifications (e.g., Data Architecture & Management Designer) Responsibilites Design, implement, and maintain cloud database solutions that support secure, scalable, and high-performance storage Collaborate with Salesforce Developers to align external data structures with Salesforce architecture Build and manage data pipelines for ETL/ELT processes across systems Ensure data governance, quality, and security best practices are applied across the stack Support Salesforce integration with external data sources and ensure reliable data exchange Monitor performance and optimize cloud database systems as needed Provide guidance on cloud architecture and data strategy in client projects You are someone who Has strong problem-solving and analytical skills Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Works independently and thrives in collaborative teams Is passionate about building data infrastructure that drives smarter decision-making About Sirocco Sirocco is one of Sweden’s most established management consulting firms specializing in CRM.
