We’re seeking an experienced Engineering Change & Configuration Lead to help define and implement change control and configuration management processes across a complex product development lifecycle. You’ll be embedded within a high-profile programme, working cross-functionally to develop scalable systems, governance, and workflows, ensuring configuration integrity and readiness across multiple product configurations. Role Overview: * 6-month rolling contract * Hybrid working model (some on-site presence required) * Inside or outside IR35, flexibility available * Start: ASAP Key Responsibilities: * Lead engineering change and configuration activities across the full programme lifecycle * Define and embed scalable ECR workflows and governance * Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver three concurrent product configurations * Act as the central point for all engineering change and configuration matters * Develop a long-term strategy for business-wide change control practices Requirements: * Strong background in engineering change control and configuration management * Experience delivering in high-paced, cross-functional engineering programmes * Excellent stakeholder coordination and process development skills * Hands-on, delivery-focused approach with strategic oversight Ready to shape a critical programme and drive meaningful change?
