The Role: As an Enterprise Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of high-end electronic security systems across a portfolio of blue-chip and enterprise-level clients. This role offers a dynamic environment with exposure to a wide range of cutting-edge security technologies. Key Responsibilities: * Service, repair, and maintain enterprise-level CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems * Respond to reactive maintenance issues across client sites * Carry out system diagnostics and fault finding * Ensure all work is completed to industry standards and client specifications * Maintain professional client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service * Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records Essential Skills and Experience: * Proven experience servicing and maintaining integrated enterprise-level security systems * Strong technical knowledge of major systems (e.g., Genetec, Lenel, Gallagher, Milestone, etc.) * Knowledge of current security regulations and standards * Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Full UK driving licence * ECS/CSCS card and relevant industry certifications desirable What’s On Offer: * Salary up to £40,000 (dependent on experience) * Company car and fuel card * Full benefits package including pension, healthcare, and training support * Overtime and on-call allowances * Career development opportunities within a market-leading organisation Why Join Us?
