Wire Harness Technician Location: Kidlington, Oxfordshire Employment Type: Contract- 3months Sector: Automotive | Advanced Electrical Systems We’re looking for an experienced Wire Harness Technician to join an innovative and fast-paced automotive team. Key Responsibilities: * Build, assemble, and fit complex wiring harnesses to exact specifications. * Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and harness build documentation. * Conduct harness testing, fault diagnosis, and repairs to ensure reliability and performance. * Work closely with engineers and technicians to support vehicle and subsystem development. * Ensure all work meets high quality and safety standards. What We’re Looking For: * Proven hands-on experience in automotive wire harness assembly and repair. * Skilled in using crimp tools, soldering, and heat-shrink techniques. * Strong ability to read and interpret detailed electrical diagrams. * Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. * High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
