Role Overview As Business Development Manager, you’ll lead the company’s growth strategy by identifying and converting new business opportunities. Working closely with the pre-construction and operational teams, you’ll manage relationships with key decision-makers and support the tendering process from lead generation to secured contracts. This is a strategic and client-facing role, ideal for someone with deep knowledge of the demolition market and a proven track record in business development.
