Sales Manager Salary: Basic up to £60,0000 £20k OTE Car Allowance Location: Office-based 5 days a week, commutable within Leeds or Tankersley area Employment: Full-time, permanent Are you a strategic and hands-on sales leader with a passion for building high-performing outbound sales teams in the B2B SaaS space? We're partnering with a growing SaaS company to recruit a Sales Manager to lead and grow their outbound Business Development (BDR) team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-scaling company that's revolutionising how field service businesses operate across the UK and beyond. Sales Manager Responsibilities: Lead, coach and develop a small team of BDRs to exceed outbound sales targets Build and optimise outreach strategies and cadence models across multiple sectors Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and RevOps to align pipeline goals Own lead generation KPIs, monitor conversion metrics, and run weekly performance reviews Drive continuous improvement through training, performance support, and sales enablement tools Analyse pipeline health and campaign performance to guide decisions and improve ROI Develop and document scalable outbound sales processes as the team grows Sales Manager Benefits: 25 days leave plus BHs OTE of £20k Car Allowance Generous pension scheme Flexible working hours Healthcare Sales Manager Requirements: 2 years' experience managing a BDR or SDR team within a B2B SaaS or tech environment Strong understanding of outbound sales strategies and frameworks (e.g. SPICED, MEDDIC, Sandler) Proven ability to coach junior talent and develop high-performing sales teams Confident using tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong or similar Commercially minded with a data-driven approach to decision-making Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Sales Manager Nice to Haves: Experience with field service, ERP, or workflow automation software Understanding of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) principles Exposure to mid-market or enterprise sales If you're a dynamic sales leader who thrives in a scaling SaaS business, this is an opportunity to build and shape a growing sales function from the ground up.
