Site Manager – Edinburgh Residential House Builder £55,000–£60,000 Car Package Bonus Scheme Pension I am currently working in partnership with a well-established and highly respected house builder who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team in the East of Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable developer with a strong pipeline of projects and a focus on delivering high-quality homes. The Opportunity: As Site Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the delivery of a new residential development – managing the site from start to finish and ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout. This role would suit someone with a solid background in private housing, excellent leadership skills, and a strong eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Managing all on-site activity from groundwork through to final handovers Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure smooth operations Ensuring works are completed to programme, within budget, and to high quality standards Maintaining strong health and safety practices at all times Working closely with internal departments, external consultants, and local authorities Maintaining site records and reports Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential housebuilding Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification A full UK driving licence On Offer: Competitive salary of £55,000–£60,000 (DOE) Car or car allowance Performance-related bonus scheme Pension plan The opportunity to work with a stable, well-regarded business with a long-term pipeline of work If you're a driven Site Manager looking for your next role with a quality-focused developer, I’d love to speak with you in confidence.
