Digital Product Analyst | Leading Retail Group | £45,000–£50,000 | Oxford Circus (4 days/week, fixed) Looking for a Product Analyst role with real impact — in a fast-moving environment that’s actively transforming how it uses data? We’re hiring for a major UK retail group (think high street staples, luxury fashion, and gaming ) that’s investing heavily in its analytics capabilities. With a powerhouse portfolio of brands and new acquisitions on the horizon, this is an exciting time to join their central Digital Product Analytics team . The Business This is a multi-brand retail group with a huge footprint — from household names in sports and fashion, to gaming and department stores. After years of acquisition and expansion, the focus now is optimising digital performance across all brands . Based out of their Oxford Street HQ (above a flagship store), you’ll be part of a growing, well-supported analytics function that’s only 18 months into its rebuild — with leadership that truly values data-driven decisions. The Role Sitting in the Product Analytics pillar, you’ll be responsible for understanding digital customer journeys and helping the business optimise on-site experiences across a range of web and app platforms. You’ll work closely with the implementation, product, and UX teams to support A/B testing, performance reviews, and optimisation strategies — providing the insight that shapes key product decisions. Your Day-to-Day Analyse and improve on-site user journeys , flows, and conversion paths Support and interpret A/B tests , experiments, and product changes Deep-dive into digital behaviour data to highlight performance and opportunities Collaborate with GTM and tracking teams to ensure accurate data collection Present insight to Product Managers and stakeholders across the business What They’re Looking For Hands-on skills in SQL and BigQuery (must be confident with data extraction) Strong experience with GA4 (or Adobe Analytics) Clear background in product/digital analytics – ideally from ecommerce, travel, retail or similar Understanding of tagging, events, and GTM – able to work closely with implementation Exposure to A/B testing and optimisation frameworks Comfortable presenting insight to non-technical stakeholders ️ Location & Details 4 days a week on-site in Oxford Circus (must include Monday & Friday – no flex) Salary: £45,000–£50,000 Work in one of retail’s fastest-scaling data teams If you’re a data-driven digital thinker who wants to see their analysis directly influence product strategy across major UK brands — and you’re ready to roll up your sleeves in a hands-on environment — this could be a brilliant next move.
